About Vinho Verde
Vinho verde is a young, fresh, slightly effervescent wine produced in the Minho demarcated region (Portugal's oldest for white wines). It can be white, red or rosé. Its name doesn't refer to colour but to youth — it is drunk young, fresh. It is the perfect accompaniment for fish, seafood and snacks.
