About Romaria
Romaria is a religious popular festival, typical of northern Portugal. It combines devotion (procession, mass) with secular celebration (music, dance, fireworks, food and drink). Romarias are moments of community gathering where tradition renews itself. At A Pharmácia da Avó, the romaria spirit — community, sharing, joy — is present in all our themed events.
