About Chamomile
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is one of the oldest and most widely used medicinal plants in Portuguese tradition. Its dried flowers produce a golden infusion with a gentle flavour and comforting aroma. Traditionally, Portuguese grandmothers would brew chamomile to soothe restless grandchildren, ease stomach aches and promote sleep.
